Oxi-Tech Pulse Oxidation™: Proven Performance in Food & Beverage Hygiene

Oxi-Tech recently completed a major industry trial showcasing the exceptional effectiveness of its proprietary Pulse Oxidation™ technology in Food & Beverage hygiene applications. Conducted at Devon Drinks Solutions in Dunkeswell, the study demonstrated that Pulse Oxidation™ provides a highly effective, chemical-free alternative for Clean-in-Place (CIP) operations.

The trial evaluated three cleaning approaches: conventional chemical-based cleaning, water-only rinsing, and Oxi-Tech’s Pulse Oxidation™ process. The goal was to measure and compare their effectiveness in reducing microbial contamination within Pressure Vessel Tanks (PVTs) — a key component in cider production systems.

Results confirmed that Pulse Oxidation™ delivers superior microbial reduction without the use of traditional chemicals, improving both sustainability and operational safety. This innovation represents a safer, more efficient approach to hygiene in the Food & Beverage industry.
